Owned and operated by chef turned filmmaker Lewis Parsons, we have a deep understanding and never-ending curiosity when it comes to all aspects of gastronomy and storytelling. Based on the coast near Vancouver, BC, we are lucky to be on nature’s doorstep, nestled between the mountains and the Pacific Ocean, home to some of the finest ingredients in the world.
At Sunday Mustard we are focussed on building a deeper connection to the food that we eat, by closing the gap between the ingredients that nature provides and what makes its way to our plate.
